Subpoenas, court orders, and other law enforcement inquiries seeking other information (i.e., non-intercept related) must be sent directly to BLM Network, LLC. EMAIL: sales@blmnetworks.com

If delivery by email is not possible, BLM Network, LLC. also accepts delivery via U.S. Mail and overnight mail at the contact information below.

MAILING ADDRESS:
BLM Network, LLC.

Please Note: All requests for records production should be accompanied by the appropriate subpoena, legal process, and/or documentation and must name “BLM Network, LLC.” as the service provider. Also, all requests must include the sender’s name (and for criminal investigations, the law enforcement agency name), address, email address, and telephone number. Because BLM Network, LLC does not generally provide service to end-user customers, its response may only include the name and contact information of the wholesale customer to whom that telephone number is assigned. A separate request must be sent to that carrier, service provider, or reseller to obtain subscriber or other information.
